After 3 years in web development and project management, Josh saw that much like students searching for jobs, too many companies are aimlessly throwing a handful of strategies at the wall and seeing what sticks. There had to be a better way. Josh has worked with a handful of companies from startups to medium-sized businesses to improve their processes and increase the value they deliver to their community.
Josh also has a passion for helping young professionals become high performers. Even though it was a successful career, he admits that he did not feel a since of purpose working with a web development firm in Atlanta and having lukewarm client relationships. Josh is determined to keep others from making the same mistake he did of settling for the job that came easy and collecting a paycheck.
He has been an active part of establishing and cultivating Succeed Faster Seminars which takes highly-motivated individuals, puts them in a room together, and gets them helping to connect each other with awesome opportunities for jobs, starting companies, and living out their dreams.
Josh and the rest of the L4M team are always pushing the envelope on providing the best content, free resources, and actionable advice that can help you have an impact and living a fulfilled life.
